Please join Lindsey Melton in a 90 min breathing workshop to explore the foundations and principles of breathing, gain a greater understanding of breathing mechanics and the role of breath in performance and recovery. Experiment with different breath patterns that can help reduce anxiety and create focus. Come away feeling empowered and able to utilize your breath as your greatest ally.
