About this Event
Led by NCT volunteers, our NCT Walk and Talk groups give new and expectant parents the opportunity to:
- get outdoors with their babies on a safe and accessible route
- improve their mental health and wellbeing
- make new friends and feel part of a community
Join us for a relaxed Walk & Talk meet-up at the beautiful Riverside Gardens in Ilkley.
We’ll meet outside the Riverside Hotel and enjoy a gentle loop walk along the river — from the Old Bridge to the Suspension Bridge and back. It’s a lovely pram friendly, easy route with plenty of space for little ones to explore!
There’s on-street parking nearby and public toilets available (small fee – card or cash accepted). The playground by the riverside is great fun for the kids too.
After our walk, feel free to stop by the Riverside Hotel for a hot drink or bite to eat — it’s a lovely spot to warm up and chat a bit more.
Come as you are, bring the kids (or come solo!), and enjoy some fresh air and friendly conversation with other mums.
