NCRC's weekly Bottle Theory social run/walk features a flat, shady course, and you're welcome to walk instead of run, especially when it's really hot! We meet at the outdoor deck at Bottle Theory beer and wine store on Green Level Road in Apex. We'll head down the White Oak Creek Greenway toward the American Tobacco Trail (your mileage can vary). Hang around for beer, wine, or non-alcoholic beverage afterward. Thursday is Trivia Night, and there's always a food truck. Everyone is welcome!
