The NCCCS IIPS Summer 2023 Conference will be held at the Hilton Charlotte University Place in Charlotte, NC, July 17 - July 19.
VENDOR INFORMATION
Vendor space assignments and set up will begin at 10:00am on Monday, July 17, 2023 in order to be ready for the begin meeting conference attendees by 12:00pm.
Display/Material Shipping Information
All display material and/or equipment must be shipped for arrival no earlier than three (3) days prior to vendor set up date. All shipped materials must state: NCIIPS, your company name, company contact name, your company phone number and 07/17/23 - 07/19/23.

Sponsorship/Registration Information
The deadline for vendor registrations is July 7, 2023. The sponsorship tiers are as follows:
BASE SPONSOR (Individual) : $800 Only one vendor. Includes table, 3 chairs, power, WIFI, your company and logo on the agenda site and an introduction during the opening session.
BASE SPONSOR (Partner) : $1,000 Primary vendor and a partner. Includes table, 3 chairs, power, WIFI, your company and logo on the agenda site and an introduction during the opening session.
***If your company would like to purchase conference banquet tickets for your representatives, an add-on option is now available during the registration process.***
BRONZE SPONSOR: Includes BASE SPONSOR and the following:
BREAK SPONSOR - $1,500 ONLY FOUR AVAILABLE
Special signage recognizing your company as a break sponsor and admission for two (2) of your company representatives to the conference banquet.
GIVEAWAY SPONSOR - $1,500 ONLY ONE AVAILABLE
Logo on the conference gift given to all attendees at registration and complete conference attendee list.
SILVER SPONSOR: Includes BASE SPONSOR package and one of the following:
ENTERTAINMENT SPONSOR - $2,000 ONLY ONE AVAILABLE
Logo prominently displayed on conference agenda/event site as a co-sponsor for the entertainment, six (6) drink tickets for Monday Night and admission for two (2) of your company representatives to the conference banquet.
SOCIAL FOOD SPONSOR - $2,000 ONLY TWO AVAILABLE
Logo prominently displayed on conference agenda/event site as a co-sponsor for the Monday Night Social food, six (6) drink tickets for Monday Night and admission for two (2) of your company representatives to the conference banquet.
DRINK TICKET SPONSOR (MONDAY) - $2,000 ONLY ONE AVAILABLE
Includes: Company logo printed on drink tickets used for Monday Night Social, sponsor will receive 20 drink tickets to hand out to attendees and admission for two (2) of your company representatives to the conference banquet.
DRINK TICKET SPONSOR (TUESDAY) - $2,000 ONLY ONE AVAILABLE
Includes: Company logo printed on drink tickets used for Tuesday Night Social, sponsor will receive 20 drink tickets to hand out to attendees and admission for two (2) of your company representatives to the conference banquet.
GOLD SPONSOR: Includes BASE SPONSOR package and the following:
BANQUET SPONSOR - $3,000 ONLY THREE AVAILABLE
Vendor will be allotted five (5) minutes during the banquet to address the group, three (3) banquet attendees, six (6) drink tickets Tuesday, prime table location, and complete conference attendee list.
