Carol Hagen is a construction technology expert and sales executive with extensive experience across accounting, project management, estimating, document management, and cybersecurity. Known in the industry as “Carol Bluebeam,” she specializes in helping construction teams maximize tools like Bluebeam Revu while navigating digital transformation and AI adoption. Carol is also President of NAWIC Greater Phoenix Chapter #98 and a frequent speaker on construction technology and innovation.

Jancarlo Chavez | Senior Layout Technician | DP Electric
Jancarlo Chavez is a Senior Layout Technician at DP Electric specializing in data center construction quality assurance and systems performance. He oversees inspections, testing, and documentation to ensure compliance with standards across electrical, safety, and security systems. Jancarlo is experienced in diagnosing complex issues and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain reliability and efficiency in mission-critical environments.

Thomas Albidrez, CM-BIM, CM-Lean | VDC Manager | Skanska
Thomas Albidrez is a VDC Manager at Skanska with over 20 years of experience in the AEC industry. He brings deep expertise in BIM, lean construction, sustainability, and collaborative project delivery. Thomas has developed QA/QC strategies, BIM standards, and technical training programs, leveraging his broad industry perspective to align stakeholders and drive innovation across complex construction projects.

Alexander Brown | Senior Account Executive, West Region | OpenSpace
Alexander Brown is a construction technology professional with a decade of experience helping contractors adopt innovative solutions. At OpenSpace, he works with teams to leverage 360° imaging and AI for automated site documentation and progress tracking. Previously, he supported contractors using drone technology at 3D Robotics to improve earthwork analysis and surveying for large-scale projects.

Sometimes google directs to the 2700 parking structure, do not park there. Rather go to the 2800 parking structure otherwise validation will not be possible.

Parking Instructions 🅿️

  • Enter the visitor parking garage off Edgemont & Central.
  • Use the visitor side of the entrance.
  • Press the button to receive a ticket.
  • Bring the ticket with you to the office for validation.
  • Do not park in any reserved spaces, all non-reserved spaces are open parking.

Validation is only available for the 2800 garage. Parking structure entrance will be on the left. Enter the visitor side of the parking entrance and push button for ticket.

Directions Once Parked 🏃‍♂️

  • Take the garage elevator or stairs to the ground level.
  • Walk toward the main 2800 building entrance.
  • Enter the lobby and proceed to the elevators.
  • Take the elevator to the 10th floor.
  • The Skanska Phoenix office occupies the entire 10th floor.
