Join us for NAWBO Richmond's Coffee and Connect, the ideal way to kick off your Friday and wrap up your week. This monthly networking event offers a chance to meet NAWBO Richmond Board members, welcome new members, and forge valuable connections with fellow women business owners. This month's event is hosted by NAWBO member Carice Coleman, owner of Pinnacle Affairs, come in and explore the beautiful Historic Mankin Mansion as you enjoy coffee and light refreshments as you mingle!

ABOUT THE HOST:
Carice Coleman is an event planner, logistics lover, and certified calm presence who lives for a good plan, a great meal, and an espresso martini. As the founder of Pinnacle Affairs, she manages weddings and events of all sizes, ensuring timelines stay tight, vendors stay aligned, and hosts get to fully enjoy the moments they worked hard to create.
A Virgo through and through, Carice thrives on organization, thoughtful details, and color-coded systems, balanced by her love for travel, food experiences, and all things pink. She is also a former pageant titleholder, having held several titles, among them Miss Black Virginia, Miss DC Collegiate America, and Miss Old Dominion USA. Those experiences shaped her confidence, leadership style, and appreciation for presentation and poise.
Carice holds a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications with a concentration in Public Relations and a master’s degree in Strategic Public Relations. Whether she’s managing a complex event, speaking on a panel, or connecting with clients, she brings warmth, humor, and intention into every space she enters.
When she’s not planning events, you’ll likely find her exploring a new city, trying a new restaurant, networking with fellow creatives, or advocating for inclusive celebrations that feel as good as they look.
