This workshop is tailored for those looking to obtain outdoor conservation careers in the federal government. The workshop will provide extensive tricks and tips that are not often shared in free resources and are based directly on the expertise of the instructor, Becky Shufelt. Becky was a Forest Service employee and hiring manager in the field for 21 years.

The types of careers that this workshop will benefit includes (but is not limited to):
Wildland Fire, Recreation Management Professionals, Wildlife, Forestry, & Fisheries Technicians, National Park Service Rangers, and many other miscellaneous careers in federal agencies.
The workshop's curriculum is geared toward entry-level positions, veterans that are transitioning to civilian careers, recent college graduates, and those that have completed a conservation program with a nonprofit organization and are looking for paid employment.
