Grief can be an overwhelming, disorienting, and excruciating experience to navigate. The circumstances of grief may differ greatly, but the pain of loss is something we can all relate to.

I invite you to join this 6-week session to gain both peer and professional support, ask questions, and learn tools to navigate this powerful experience of grief.

Kim has personally and professionally navigated the challenges of grief and understands the intricacies involved in managing the experience. As a Registered Professional Counsellor - Candidate (RPC-C), Kim offers support to individuals through many of life’s challenges such as loss and grief, depression, anxiety, emotional regulation, relationship issues, abuse, trauma, domestic violence, and narcissistic abuse.

This is a closed group with a maximum of 8 participants

Dates: Tuesday evenings 5:30 – 7:00pm starting September 24th
