About this Event
This session will explore the evolving employment law responses to the continuing rise of AI in the workplace, looking both at the impact of using AI as part of HR processes and decision making (including data protection/privacy concerns and ethical/fairness implications), as well as considering a future state where AI may lead to some job/skill displacement and/or a new definition of employment and how employers may prepare for this future.
