As you arrive, take a moment to breathe in the fresh, countryside air and appreciate the beauty of your surroundings. You will head over to our stunning co-working space for a warm welcome and introductions. Before we dive into the day, you'll enjoy a health shot like no other—Harry's famous apple, pear, and cinnamon shot.
As you settle into the cosy atmosphere of our retreat space, you'll also have the chance to relax by the fire with a warm drink of your choice. Whether you prefer a comforting herbal tea, a rich coffee, or perhaps something seasonal like a spiced hot chocolate.
MAT PILATES
In Heather’s 50 minute pilates programme expect a dynamic, full body workout aiming to strengthen and mobilise the body in an even way with a particular emphasis on core activation.
Using controlled movements, precision and flow you’ll work to improve your muscle tone, coordination, alignment, posture and the mind to body connection.
We will bring balance and symmetry to the body’s muscular and skeletal systems, whilst boosting our endorphin levels to feel positive and refreshed-all in a fun and supportive environment!
STRETCH/RELEASE/RESTORE
You can create lasting change in your body not only through work but also during recovery!
Heather will guide you through a 20 minute recovery routine using fascial release techniques and a combination of stretches to increase flexibility, ease stiffness and any aches and pains.
Heather will also include effective breathing techniques to relieve tension, manage cortisol levels, and help calm your body. The perfect way to end your morning of movement!
As the Pilates and stretch session comes to a peaceful close, the mini retreat day is far from over! After feeling rejuvenated and centred, you'll make your way out of the serene studio and head to the inviting dining area, where a delicious brunch awaits.
Expect a thoughtfully crafted menu filled with wholesome, nourishing dishes designed to fuel both your body and soul.
