Join Our Community Event for Individuals and Families Living with Parkinson’s!

This is a free community event designed for individuals living with Parkinson’s disease at all stages, as well as their caregivers and support networks.

Attendees will have the opportunity to connect with trusted organizations, healthcare professionals, and valuable community resources—all in one accessible setting. Representatitives from The Parkinson’s Foundation and Hackensack Meridian Health Movement Disorders Program will be in attendance, along with other local partners.

Hosted by Propel Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to community health education and supporting individuals and families navigating complex health conditions.
