Jose Blasco is a senior practitioner with expertise in financial trading, derivatives, digital assets, and quantitative research. A former engineering professor, he brings a strong analytical and scientific approach to markets, applying statistical methods, backtesting, and machine learning to develop systematic and algorithmic trading strategies across asset classes. His work focuses on transforming data-driven insights into practical trading solutions.
Beyond research, Jose is also a patent inventor and has led the development and commercialization of proprietary trading tools in collaboration with institutional partners. He holds an MBA and the Certificate in Quantitative Finance (CQF), and remains active in academia through finance lectures and specialized training. His cross-disciplinary experience uniquely combines technical depth, market insight, and real-world execution.
