As part of SA Law Week, this session focuses on understanding options, roles, and supports connected to advance care directives, substitute decision-making, and end-of-life care.
Hear short presentations from the
- State Voluntary Assisted Dying Navigator,
- Palliative Care Bereavement Navigator service,
- Office of the Public Advocate
Learn about practical tools such as the Substitute Decision Makers Toolkit and access to mediation services. The session will include an interactive real-life scenario showing how these services can work together, followed by afternoon tea to ask questions, connect with speakers, and continue important conversations.
