Each loss carries its own story, and during this time of year, those memories often feel closer to the surface.This compassionate workshop offers a space to pause, reflect, and find comfort in shared understanding. Together, Dr. Carlos, psychologist; Amy Triplett, certified grief educator and mental health counselor; and Vandana, Reiki healer, will guide you through gentle conversations, mindfulness tools, and supportive practices to help you navigate the complexities of grief with grace and care.
