Session outcomes:

· To understand the role of OSCR and the 2005 Act

· To increase awareness of the charity test and understanding of the process to become a charity

· To understand the importance of compliance

· To gain an awareness of the differences between legal forms

· To become more confident when developing a constitution

· To learn about potential feedback from OSCR following submission of a charity application.
