Join Cleveland Women in Biotech for an engaging and interactive evening sponsored by Taft Law. The event will feature a short presentation from Brandi Weekley, Partner at Taft covering strategies for managing workplace conflict, negotiation dynamics, communication styles, and effective self-advocacy, followed by a panel discussion with leaders from Taft and the local biotech community. Designed for a broad audience across the life sciences ecosystem, the event will encourage open dialogue, audience participation, and practical takeaways that attendees can apply immediately in their professional lives. Networking will follow the panel.
