About this Event
For 30 years, the Vanderbilt Health Center for Patient and Professional Advocacy (CPPA) has helped countless leaders in over 300 healthcare sites effectively navigate the complexities of operationalizing and sustaining a professional accountability program.
Even at highly reliable organizations, there are times when inevitably nuances and challenges emerge that can impact the necessary pillars of a professionalism program or initiative, potentially placing sustainability at risk. Are you prepared for these moments?
In this session, CPPA faculty will facilitate a highly interactive virtual session, dedicated toward developing pathways that address some of these complexities, including:
· Sustaining Leadership Engagement and/or Re-Engaging Leadership
· Non-Responders with Influence
· Significant Well-being Concerns
· Group/Unit/Departmental Pushback
Utilizing cases derived from participant experiences, the session will culminate with a real-world, in the moment application of the newly learned skills.
Don’t miss out on this collaborative and interactive session. We look forward to your participation and valuable insights!
