Whoever said cardio wasn’t fun? A rhythm-driven, heart-pumping workout on the indoor bike. Climb, sprint, and HIT drills all to the beat of the music. No leaderboard no power drills - with intentions to connect your mind, body, and soul. In this class, we work off of rhythm and feeling. Book your bike and get ready to party (and sweat)!
No leader board is used in a Rhythm Ride Class. This is a 45-miunte class, sneakers or SPD Clip in shoes. Bring water and wear something comfortable.
