About the workshop:What is stress and how to support your body through all stages of stress?
Stress is a part of everyone’s life, but it is often misunderstood. This workshop will dive into how stress works within your body and how you can support your body to thrive in stressful times. Most of us have heard of fight and flight mode, but what does that actually mean?
We’ll cover:
- How stress functions in our body
- What is cortisol
- How to support your body through diet and lifestyle to reduce the impact of stress
- Key nutrients and herbs to help improve your stress response and feel calm
