About this Event
Nature's Healing Embrace: Women's Grief Circle
Come join us for a safe and supportive Women's Grief Circle where we gather to share our experiences navigating grief from the loss of a loved one, trauma, divorce/ breakup, estrangement, or major life transitions.
Whether you seek support in managing your grief or wish to connect with others who share similar experiences, this circle offers a safe and nurturing environment for healing and personal growth.
Come along with us as we harness the restorative power of nature through mindfulness, meditation, nature walks, and more, as we collectively explore and process the intricate emotions of grief.
Each session will kick off with introductions, followed by a grounding meditation practice. We’ll then engage in a discussion prompt within our circle, take a moment for a silent wander, and have time for journaling. Finally, we will conclude with a closing ceremony
