Breathe in the fresh air exhale the weight of the world and reconnect with yourself in the beauty of nature. Nature’s Breath Community Meditation is a peaceful gathering where we come together to slow down be present and nurture our well-being through mindfulness and breathwork.

Set in the serene embrace of the outdoors this meditation invites you to ground yourself quiet the mind and flow with the rhythms of nature. Whether you’re new to meditation or have an established practice you’ll be guided with love and intention allowing you to release stress restore balance and deepen your connection to the world around you.

🌿 Ideal for ages 12 and up

🌿Please arrive 5 minutes early to get settled

🌿 Bring a blanket or yoga mat cushion or pillow and any other comforts from home to make your experience feel cozy & peaceful

Getting There- PLEASE READ :D

Navigate to 626 E St Vrain St- Upon arrival please proceed to circle driveway where you'll see a sign that reads Shooks Run (see pictures) . Please do not park at residencies. You'll see a dirt path that leads to the right along the creek. We will be set up on a small mount next to the creek.

*This event is weather permitting if it is actively raining (or snowing) or the wind is to high- class will be cancelled at or before 8 am and guests will be refunded automatically.
