The ExploreMore Nature Yoga Workshop is a hybrid, self-paced training designed for yoga instructors, outdoor leaders, and wellness professionals who want to take their practice outside—intentionally, ethically, and safely.
Whether you’re brand new to teaching yoga in nature or already leading outdoor classes and want to deepen your skills, this certification gives you the tools, confidence, and professional framework to create truly transformative outdoor yoga experiences.
You’ll learn how to adapt yoga for real-world environments, guide mindful movement on trails and in parks, and connect students to nature through grounding and forest bathing—while respecting the land and those who share it.

- Self-paced online coursework — work through video lectures and materials on your own time, from anywhere
- Monthly live Zoom calls — join optional live sessions for Q&A, discussion, and community learning
- In-person cohort requirement — complete your certification by attending any scheduled in-person cohort (see upcoming dates below)
- Alternative options available — if you’re unable to attend an in-person cohort, we’ll schedule a call with you to discuss other completion pathways
