A weekly nature-based wellbeing walk every Friday in November. Explore your relationship with the natural world and how it can help us navigate the tough stuff.Includes simple sensory exercises, discussing our connections with nature and reflecting on how these can help us through uncertain times.
Participants are encouraged to take part in all four sessions where possible.
The meeting place is by the Pavilion building / cafe van.
All aged 8+ are welcome. Please note that children will need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
