Our walk will be at Kitsilano this time!
We'll meet at Kits Beach Coffee in Cornwall Av in case we want to get a drink or a treat for the walk.
Along the way, we'll pause for a gentle stretch, a moment of meditation and we will finish with a meaningful connection moment.

🌿Please arrive at least 5 minutes early. We will be leaving Crema cafe at 10:05 m. sharp.
🌿Registration is required and limited spots are available. I keep groups intentionally small to give everyone a chance to connect and build a kind and genuine connection without feeling to overwhelmed. Please register so you get the map with the route we will do , further information and I can bring enough material for everyone if needed.

Hola soy Fernanda 🪬
Im an energetic soul passionate about movement, breath, and living life with presence and gratitude.
My journey began when I chose myself , stepping into sobriety and embracing spiritual practices. That choice create a deep desire in me... to help others feel good from the inside out.
I bring together a unique blend of Meditation, Breathwork, Shinrin Yoku, (and soon yoga teacher) to create safe and welcoming spaces where you can recharge, regulate your nervous system, and must importantly reconnect with yourself and others.
I believe than more than practices this is a moment of connection, joy, and deep appreciation for life 🌞🌙
