Join us for a walk around the reserve to discover the wonders of nature. Learn about the animals and plants that live here and enjoy nature themed activities.Week 1 & 4) Wildflower theme-visit the wildflower meadows, ID common plants & find out why they're important. Make a plant weaving/woodland crown.
Week 2 & 5) Bird theme- look at skulls, feathers and pellets then enjoy a bird walk on the reserve.
Week 3 & 6) Woodland theme-tree ID, woodland walk, bark rubbing & make tree guardians
***Themes may change based on weather conditions
Suitable for ages 3+ accompanied by an adult and costs £4 per child.
To ensure a place we highly recommend that you book and pay in advance either over the phone or in person Wednesdays to Sundays 9:30am-4pm. Alternatively email [email protected] Weds-Fri, leaving name and contact number.
