A six-week series created for young children and their caregivers to explore the outdoors side by side!
Come learn about the exciting world of our local environment with your little one at Blue Heron!
Every week begins with a cozy story time, then continues with guided adventures on the trails of Blue Heron. Together, children and guardians can experience the joy of discovery, sharing the wonder of nature in ways that spark connection and curiosity. More than just an outing, this program offers families the chance to enjoy meaningful time together. It’s a place to build community as naturally as the lessons learned along the path.
The program is designed for children ages 18 months to 3.5 years, each accompanied by an adult.
Sessions are:
- Held rain or shine, with adjustments only if weather conditions are unsafe. Please plan to be outside for the full hour.
- A welcoming space for adults to meet other caregivers
- Designed for children 18 months to 3.5 years old
- Full of exciting adventures for both kid and guardian
- Focused on finding community just as much as learning
