Led by Jean Daoud, ANFT Certified Guide, this guided experience introduces participants to Shinrin-yoku, the Japanese practice of mindful immersion in nature. You’ll learn about the physical and mental health benefits of forest bathing before gently engaging your five senses to connect more deeply with the natural world around you.
Through slow, intentional movement and an openness to the sights, sounds, and sensations of the arboretum grounds, you’ll experience the grounding, calming power of nature. In today’s fast-paced world, forest bathing offers a simple yet powerful way to stay centered and restore balance.
