About this Event
Start your day with a gentle mindfulness walk at Hardesty Park. Hosted by Conservancy for Cuyahoga Valley National Park and led by retired orthopedic surgeon, Dr. Joe Blanda. We will take a walk around the park, explore the senses and get in touch with nature. This walk will be under one mile in length.

Parking/Directions: Parking is available at Hardesty Park, located at 1615 W Market St. Akron, OH 44313. We will meet in the pavilion.
What to wear/bring: Please wear closed-toed, sturdy shoes that you do not mind getting dirty if conditions are muddy.
Weather: This is a rain or shine event, so please dress accordingly so that you are comfortable. In the case of severe weather (lightning, hail, storms, etc.) we will cancel or postpone. Participants will be notified of any event changes via email.
