Nature play offers a unique and immersive approach to childhood development, fostering a deep connection between children and the natural world.
Our aim is to nurture a sense of wonder, guide without imposing, create space for possibilities, and facilitate safe exploration and learning in the natural world.
2025 Term 1 - Summer/Autumn sessions provide a fun, engaging and nurturing space in the cool shade and serenity of the Himalayan Cedar Forest. Children can develop skills at their own pace, build physical and emotional confidence, and unleash their creativity through imaginative play. Whether it's experimenting with earth and water, creating with sticks and stones, or engaging in role-play, children gain valuable life skills that go beyond four walls.
This is an outdoor only event. The group will run in most weather conditions and only be cancelled if there is extreme weather. In the event we must cancel due to unsafe weather conditions, we will transfer your ticket/s to another session of your choice.
Ages: Suitable for children aged between 18 months - 5 years, and their carers.
Cost: $15 per child, up to 2 additional children $5 each (under 18 months and careers are free).
Days: Mondays and Fridays - week 2 of term to week 9 (excluding public holidays).
Times: 10am - 12pm
