Learn to explore nature through the lens of your camera! This workshop will be a full day of inside class and outside practice. Inside lessons will be at the beginning of the day, learning camera essentials and the fundamental principles of lighting and composition. After classroom time, participants will venture outdoors for a later afternoon/evening photo shoot as the lighting moves into the "Golden Hour."
This is a course designed for beginners using a standard DSLR camera. While participants using phones as cameras are welcome, Angie will not be able to give guidance on the settings and use of those tools.
Participants must bring their own cameras (with whatever lens they prefer) and be familiar with the basics of how their camera works (bringing the camera operation manual is helpful to quickly find menu locations).
Snacks + Drinks provided.
This workshop is for adults and hosted at the Wild Arts Learning Center in Springfield, MO. For locals: just out east Sunshine and around the bend from Turner's Station off J Hwy. The address and directions are emailed upon booking.
