Join us at the Fort Worth nature Center with our guest mentor, fine art landscape photographer David Hollister!Famous for its special communities of native bison, and prairie dogs, we will be enjoying the crisp fall air and beautiful morning light while capturing the subtlety and finer details of this leisurely 2 mile excursion.
Mr. Hollister is known for his keen eye and evocative imagery: he will be on hand to inspire your images and suggest new ways of viewing nature.
Gates to the Fort Worth nature center open up at 8 AM and admission is only $6
We will be meeting at the lower parking lot of the Hardwick Interpretative Visitor Center.
From there, we will enjoy a brief discussion with Mr. Hollister and then begin our adventure.
This experience is roughly 2 miles, round-trip.
However, we will be offering a shorter loop as well.
Layered clothing, sensible shoes for hiking and bottled water are advised.
Suggested lenses range from wide angle, tele photo, and even a macro lens for the occasional finer detail shot.
The Fort Worth Nature Center is located at 9601 Fossil Ridge Rd., Fort Worth, TX 76135
