Come join the fold! Stop by the Eagle Creek Park Earth Discovery Center and learn to create your very own take-home origami crafts! Crease the day with paper play! Each month’s program will have at least three different models of varying difficulties, so whether you’re a blossoming beginner or an eagle eyed expert there will be something fun to try!Programs will be once a month on Saturday morning, with a different nature theme each month. The next upcoming day is September 6th
This month's theme: Leaf Litter Critters
This Months Models:
Easy- Snake, Snail
Medium- Roly-Poly
Hard- Maple Leaf
This program is free and open to the public with no sign-up required. All ages are welcome, children must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the program. Please note that younger children will likely have a difficult time with some of the more complicated models. Patience and fine motor skills are key! At least one model each month will be beginner level, and a side table with coloring pages and scrap paper to free-play with will be available for younger kiddos.
