What better way to celebrate Native Plant Appreciation Month than by getting outdoors to take in the landscape! Local watercolorist and avid naturalist Kathy Criddle will guide us through a nature journaling exercise as we meander through Amon Basin Preserve. This preserve contains a melding of arid shrub-steppe and riparian ecotypes showing off the biodiversity of our region. This will be the perfect opportunity to take in the sights and sounds of Spring in the shrub-steppe. All are welcome to this free event! When: Saturday April 11th 10:30-12:30 PM
Meeting Point: Claybell Park Parking Lot (425 Broadmoor St, Richland, WA 99352 Parking lot off Bellerive Dr). From there, we'll meander into the Amon Basin Preserve.
