Explore and celebrate the diverse beauty of the natural world at a Nature Journal Retreat on Thursday, March 26 (1:00 p.m.) through Saturday, March 28 (12:30 p.m.) in the Allerton Mansion.
Creators and naturalists of all levels are invited to come together to communicate the wonder of the nature through artistic expression, scientific discovery, and creative journaling. Students will foster connection with a rich variety of workshops, art classes, creative writing, wildlife viewing, hikes, yoga, animal displays, open studio, and journal making.

Retreat participants can commute or stay overnight in the Mansion or a guesthouse for a discounted rate of $110/night. View rooms and make your reservation by calling 217-333-3287.
$240/person*. Registration will close March 18 or when capacity is reached. All sales are final.
*Registration includes all materials, three meals on Friday, and brunch on Saturday. (Thursday dinner is on your own). A bar will be available Thursday and Friday evenings.
