Join us on Saturday, December 21st and Saturday, December 28th for our last two Nature is Medicine mindfulness gatherings of the year. This gathering is a somatic writing workshop for BIPOC folks. Our theme for these last two dates is rooted in transformation, transition, letting things go, cultivating good habits, and having grace with ourselves as we close “the new year,” while balancing that with self-accountability. During our time together, you can expect a mix of somatic practices, intentional breathing, and time for writing, reading, and sharing (sharing is optional). This is a bilingual offering, English and Spanish. Translation and interpretation will be offered for Spanish upon request. How to register? The registration link is in our bio or you can scan the QR code, we recommend signing up soon as spots are limited. Note: we will still be on the same grounds as the Conservatory/Wright Park in Tacoma but will be in an indoor space. Please still dress for the weather. We will post more specifics soon on the indoor space. Masks are available.
