This sound journey invites you to reconnect with your inner stillness and bring your mind, body, and spirit into alignment.

Surrounded by a carefully crafted nature soundscape, you’ll be guided to release tension, quiet the mind, and awaken a sense of harmony with the natural world. Whether you’re seeking relaxation, meditation, or a deeper connection to nature, this transformative sound journey is suitable for individuals of all backgrounds and beliefs.

Our session opens with a calming guided meditation, gently transitioning into a nature-inspired sound experience.

The studio has limited quantities of mats and blankets available for community use.

If you struggle with mobility, you are welcome to bring a portable camp chair - one with a headrest is recommended.

Allison is a didgeridoo sound therapist, meditation instructor, and cacao facilitator who helps folks reconnect with their innate wholeness and inner wisdom. She was mentored by Joseph B. Carringer of Didge Therapy, and is the only female sound healer in the Portland Metro area to specialize in the didgeridoo.
