About this Event
Step away from noise, screens, and constant demands and spend intentional time in nature.
This is not a hike and not a social meetup.
This is a guided nature immersion inspired by the Japanese practice of shinrin-yoku (forest bathing), designed to help your nervous system slow down, your mind settle, and your body reset.
During this small-group outdoor session you will be gently guided through simple sensory and mindfulness practices that help you:
• reduce mental overload
• release tension and anxiety
• improve focus and clarity
• feel grounded and present
• reconnect with yourself and the natural world
You do not need experience with meditation, mindfulness, or outdoor skills.
This experience moves slowly and comfortably. There is no fitness level required.
What We’ll Do
We will meet at a quiet natural setting and spend approximately 90 minutes moving at a relaxed pace through a series of guided invitations such as:
• sensory awareness exercises
• quiet observation practices
• breathing and grounding techniques
• optional reflective sharing (never required)
The goal is not distance or exercise, the goal is restoration.
Many participants describe feeling calmer, lighter, and mentally clearer afterward.
Who This Is For
This experience is especially helpful for:
• overwhelmed or stressed individuals
• caregivers and parents
• people experiencing burnout
• veterans and helpers who hold a lot for others
• anyone craving quiet and reset time
You can come alone. Most people do.
