About this Event
Connecting with nature has been shown to improve our wellbeing and mood. Join this fun facilitated session in a local park to discover new ways of being in nature and give yourself a wellbeing boost. You'll experience simple and fun activities to awaken your senses, curiosity and creativity and go away with a spring in your step. It may also give you an enjoyable new sense of yourself as part of the wider world. No prior experience necessary. For age 18 and above.
