Nature Day is a day of discovery, creativity, and outdoor fun! Scientists and educators will host hands-on activity booths where curious minds of all ages can explore the natural world.
• Meet real scientists and try interactive experiments
• Splash and play while the Splashing Frog is turned on
• Go on a scavenger hunt
• Try our outdoor nature-themed escape experience ($)
• Print your own nature-inspired merch using our carved printmaking blocks ($)
• Enjoy live music and the lively atmosphere
• Attend lectures for adults (Garden Mama will be talking native plants, Tom & Debora Mann will be talking salamanders and their rescue efforts on the Natchez Trace Parkway
• Enjoy local food trucks and vendors ($)
Whether you want to learn something new, get creative, or just spend a beautiful day outside, Nature Day is a celebration of community, curiosity, and the wild world around us.
Entry is by donation of any amount. Give what you can and help support the programs and experiences that connect our community with nature.
