We will have our first “Pop Up” church in nature at Stanges Park. God speaks to us through scripture and through creation. These outdoor services seek to help us reconnect our spirituality with nature.
This first one will feature a brief scripture reading and short reflection leading into time for us to walk, listen, see and touch God’s good creation on the park grounds. We may have some singing as well. We will also allow time for a “Blessing of the Animals,” a service usually offered on or near Oct. 4, the feast day of St. Fracis of Asissi. Leashed pets and animals in carriers are welcome.
