Nature Buds is back! Come explore the wonders of nature in this series specifically designed for toddlers and preschoolers! We will explore different themes each session with a Blandford Educator leading the group. This month we are learning about the origins of maple syrup! We’ll take a walk through Blandford’s forest, also known as a sugarbush, talk about sap and how to cook it, and we’ll end at the Sugarhouse where participants will get a sample of Blandford’s very own maple syrup!Cost (includes General Admission to the nature center):
Non-Member Child: $10

12 Months and Under: Free
Note: This program is designed for children ages 1-5 and their caregivers. All participants must be registered. Pre-registration is recommended due to limited capacity. Online registration closes at noon the day before the program or when it is sold out. If the program is sold out, complete your online registration to be added to the waitlist. We will contact you if spots become available. This program will take place mostly outdoors. Please dress for the weather. In the event of inclement weather, this program will be cancelled and participants will be notified of their refund options.
Cancellation & Refund Policy: Cancellation requests received at least 7 days before the scheduled program are eligible for a 50% refund of the total registration cost, not including the credit card processing fee. Due to administration costs, full refunds are not available. Cancellation requests received within 7 days of a program are not eligible for a refund. In the event that Blandford must cancel the program, you will be given the option to reschedule or receive a refund. All community programs will have a registrant minimum. If the minimum is not met, you will be contacted by Blandford Nature Center and notified of your refund options.
