In the Nature + Yoga Series a single element will take the spotlight each month. Heidi Sherwin (E-RYT 500) will guide you through thematic postures, breathing practices, and meditation techniques so you may discover how the elements resonate with you physically, emotionally, and mentally. The accessible and well-rounded practices can also be integrated into your daily activities as you invite moments of reverence and connectivity to the rhythm of nature within and around you.
