Free 6-Week Nature Connection Course (Friday 15th May to 19th June, 11am-1pm)
Using nature to support wellbeing, resilience, and connection
This course is open to any adult with an interest in nature—no previous experience needed, you don’t need to be outdoorsy to join—just come as you are.
About the course: Across six weekly sessions, you’ll be guided through simple nature-based practices that encourage reflection, awareness, and connection—with yourself, others, and the natural world.
What to expect
- Small, friendly groups (8–10 participants)
- A safe, supportive space where you can go at your own pace
- Accessible sessions—you’re welcome to sit, rest, and participate in ways that feel right for you
- No special equipment or prior experience required
- Weekly 2-hour sessions over 6 weeks
- Tea, coffee, and refreshments provided
Many participants find that the practices they learn continue to support them long after the course ends.
