Founded by ISSA-certified fitness consultant Shala Hawkins, NFM is more than a fitness program — it's an accountability community. We believe fitness is the entry point, but transformation is the goal. We serve adults 30 and above through free to low-cost programs that build confidence, structure, and community connection.
