Led by organic skincare formulator Astrid Van Embden, this session invites you to explore the foundations of plant-based skincare while creating your own personalised botanical body or face butter.
Throughout the workshop, you’ll be introduced to a curated selection of nourishing plant butters, carrier oils, and botanicals, learning how each ingredient supports different skin types and needs. With step-by-step guidance, you’ll experiment with blending techniques, ratios, and formulations, using simple tools like a kitchen scale and calculator, to craft a product that is both intentional and uniquely yours.
This is more than just a making session; it’s an opportunity to deepen your understanding of natural skincare, connect with the properties of plant ingredients, and develop practical skills you can continue using at home.
