Join us for a transformative outdoor experience that combines the healing power of nature with mindful awareness practices. In this unique session, certified natural mindfulness practitioner Kirsty will guide you through gentle meditation and mindfulness exercises set against the backdrop of our beautiful garden sanctuary.
Discover how to deepen your connection with the natural world while cultivating inner peace and presence. Through guided breathing exercises, walking meditation, and sensory awareness practices, you’ll learn to tune into the rhythms of nature and find grounding in the present moment.
This session is perfect for beginners and experienced practitioners alike. You’ll explore techniques for reducing stress, enhancing focus, and developing a more profound appreciation for the natural environment around you. Kirsty’s warm, welcoming approach creates a safe space for exploration and growth.
What to Expect:

- We will gather in our heated yurt with wood burner in cooler weather
What to Bring: Comfortable clothing suitable for outdoor activities, water bottle, and an open mind.
