About this Event
Join artists Caroline Cardus and Genevieve Rudd from *conditions apply collective for a relaxed, experimental drawing workshop as part of go gently into the garden of [im]possible dreams.
We’ll use walking aids, branches, sticks and other extensions as drawing tools — reaching, sweeping, dragging, pressing, leaning, wobbling and making marks together.
✏️ No drawing experience needed
🪑 Work seated, standing or from a fixed position
🌱 Natural pigments, wax, crayons, brushes + foraged materials
🤝 Open to all - booking preferred
♿️ With a particular invitation to disabled people, mobility aid users, and anyone whose movement is restricted, effortful, involuntary, tiring or unpredictable
You’re welcome to bring your own mobility aid, but you don’t need to. Nothing will be attached to personal equipment without permission.We’ll explore what becomes possible when we draw with the body as it is.
