The warm weather is winding down and I could use some help with a few end of season farm projects. Those that attend can expect snacks, free veggies, TimeBank hours, and many words of thanks.On September 7 I would like some assistance moving a large tarp (with a crew of several people this will take very little time, so even if you only have 15 minutes I would like your help right at 2:30). After the tarp is moved we will plant the area where it has bith a variety of native plants and seeds to attract pollinators and other beneficial insects. If we finish that early we might do some light weeding.
Other upcoming work days:
- September 28 from 1:30-5:30 PM we will again move the giant tarp and split some strawberry plants. Anyone interested can take home some strawberry plants
- November 2 from 1-4 PM we will again move the tarp and then plant garlic.
