How the "Make an Offer" System Works: We encourage you to fall in love with an item and engage with us. If a piece speaks to you, find a facilitator and make a reasonable offer. We are motivated to sell and want these treasures to go to good homes. No reasonable offer will be refused!
What to Expect on Sale Day:
Pricing: offers are welcome. Bundles are encouraged!
Payment: Cash is strongly preferred to facilitate quick transactions. We will also accept payments via Venmo and Zelle.
Shopping: Please bring your own bags, boxes, and packing materials to protect your new treasures.
Large Items: You are responsible for the removal and transportation of all large furniture items. Please bring help to load your vehicle, as staff assistance will be limited. All large items must be removed by the end of the sale day.
Condition: All items are sold as-is, where-is. We encourage you to inspect items carefully before purchasing, as all sales are final.
Parking: Please be respectful of the neighborhood and do not block driveways. Look for street parking along Hogarth and adjacent streets.
