Praktischerweise sollte es ebenfalls die Woche um den 15. Mai eines jeden Jahres sein.

Erinnern wir uns alle an diese unbesungenen Helden in Blau und bedanken uns bei jedem/r Polizist/in, die wir sehen sehen, dass er/sie jeden Tag sein Leben aufs Spiel gesetzt hat, um die Bรผrger dieses Landes zu schรผtzen!

Following the example of the US and other countries, we would like to install and see an annual"National Police Week" also for Germany, ideally for the whole of Europe.
This in honor and in memory of all law enforcement officers who have died.
Conveniently, it should also be the week around the 15th. May of each year.
The 15th May of each year should also be the National Police Memorial Day.
Let's all remember these unsung heroes in blue and thank every policeman we see who has put his/her life at risk every day to protect the citizens of this country!
It would be perfect if EVERY BUSINESS and EVERY HOUSEHOLD hangs up/ turns on a blue lamp or blue light or blue string of lights clearly visible during this week as an external sign of solidarity...
